The Phoenix Beach Club program caters to athletes who are new, or have limited experience with the beach volleyball game.
Beginners: The program content has a FUNdamental approach and will focus on developing basic technical skills, motor skill development and team play in a fun and healthy environment. The basic skills of serving, passing, setting and attacking will be incorporated into each program and a report card will be issued at the end of each term.
Intermediate: This training program aims to deliver a full range of skills necessary to compete and excel in a competitive beach volleyball setting. Within each session, athletes will work to improve techniques, physical and tactical aspects of the game, as well as decision-making abilities.
