Beach Camps

Our co-ed recreational camps focus on beach volleyball specific development, strength and conditioning and life skills training. Learn the 2-on 2-game of beach volleyball with our highly qualified coaches who will share their love of the sport. Come join us in the sand to experience a fun and healthy approach to the game of beach volleyball.
 

While at our high performance camps, Ahletes will work to improve techniques, physical and tactical aspects of their game, as well as their decision-making abilities. Mental training, strength and conditioning, & nutrition education will be included during each daily session as they are imperative aspect of elite performance.

Beach Clinics

The Phoenix Beach Club program caters to athletes who are new, or have limited experience with the beach volleyball game. 

 

The Phoenix High Performance Beach Training program caters to club level players who are participating in the 2021 OVA beach tournaments, satellite and invitational tournaments. Phoenix Volleyball offers the highest level of coaching staff, international, and national level athletes and strength and conditioning trainers to provide an optimal training experience.

 

This training program aims to deliver a full range of skills necessary to compete and excel in a competitive beach volleyball setting.

Within the each session, athletes will work to improve techniques, physical and tactical aspects of the game, as well as decision-making abilities.

Mental training, strength and conditioning, & nutrition guides will be incorporated into the weekly session, as these are commonly overlooked aspects are imperative when striving for excellence and consistency.

 

Phoenix HP Training provides instrumental training leading up to the OVA beach provincial and national championships.

Ladder League

Has your athlete expressed an interest in “just playing”?

Our ladder league is designed for the casual player. This is the program for you! Phoenix ladder league is exclusively game play and very little skill instruction from the coach.

 

Ladder league can be signed up for in pairs or solo. Solo participants will be matched with an athlete of similar skill level.

 

Ladder league is designed for intermediate – advanced athletes who have played beach volleyball before and can keep up a rally.

 

Participants must be able to serve, pass, and hit consistently. 

 

Best suited for athletes 2010 and older.
